God has chosen to bless this world by filling hungry and thirsty yielded people with His love. God is love. This Holy Spirit possession of you and the transmission of Himself flowing through you, will cause signs and wonders to follow you. Your His tool or instrument to accomplish His plan and purposes in the earth today. Therefore, when we speak of the Spirit of God being transmitted to man or into man by soaking in His presence, we are not talking about an influence or a mental emotion. We are talking about the transmission or impartation of the living substance and Being of God (LOVE) into your being and into my being. Glory to God. Just as He promising us abundant life, Jesus knew that when we received the same Holy Spirit that raised Him from the dead into our being, all the springs of our life would be quickened by His living presence. Whatever gifts and/or talents we received will become instantly amplified. Consequently, if we are living today and have received His loving Holy Spirit presence, we become a true minister of God (His love, His power, His presence, His anointing) to truly be the Christ man or woman in the earth today. We may be the only Jesus some people will ever see... These signs will follow them that believe...

Embrace The Journey
Sometimes we get so caught up in our destination and we miss out on all the wonder of what God has laid out along the way.
Not too long ago, Donna, myself and Scotty, a great friend of ours, planned a motorcycle ride to the beach. Our plan was to ride to ride to Dauphin Island, take the ferry across the gulf to Gulf shores. Then we were going to a popular spot to eat dinner, then ride home. I have made this trip twice before and it is an awesome ride. Sounds perfect right?
We decided to leave mid-afternoon and off we went. We forgot to take in account that it was the 4th of July weekend because when we got to the launching point of he ferry, the line was so long and there were only two more ferry trips left. We would have about a two hour wait in the heat and we weren't guaranteed to get on. So, when all else fails ... let's eat! We rode back toward home and found a little out of the way restaurant and had an awesome seafood buffet, and wonderful fellowship.
While we were eating, it began to rain, so we just continued to enjoy our meal and friendship. After the meal, we sat out on the porch, watched the rain and enjoyed talking. The rain stopped and we rode toward home. During the ride home, it started to rain again and continued to do so for most of the ride home. Scotty had a wind shield on his bike, Donna had me as a shield and I had a bandanna and we rode like the wind.
It was an amazing time riding, enjoying the scenery of the road, riding across the water, the meal and friendship. But if our trip's success depended on our planned destination then we would have been disappointed and the ride home in the rain would have been terrible. It wasn't the planned destination that was important but rather the journey itself.
The next day, God began to show me that our life with Him is the same way. If destination is all we are concerned with then many times all we will be left with is disappointment. If we will embrace the journey of life then we will enjoy our trip even when change comes.
There is so much in life that we miss when our focus is on the end of the journey. There is God's beauty, time with friends, ministering to those in need and I have to say, doing it all on a motorcycle is an added bonus.
I think God is saying for us to slow down and for us to concentrate on following Him because life is not about the end, but the journey along the way.
